　  距離2011「第四屆世界金門日」的到來，還有二十幾天，整個籌備工作已進入緊鑼密鼓的最後階段；縣府在昨天邀集相關單位召開世界金門日第一次工作報告，並就會場佈置、迎賓、交通規劃、祭祖和各項活動行程，集思廣益及進行廣泛討論。縣長李沃士表示，各單位需要協商的事項盡快定案，並全力做好協助工作，也讓整個金門動起來，迎接海內外回來參與世界金門日的鄉親，展現金門大團結，一起邁向健康燦爛、和平的新金門。
　  第四屆世界金門日第一次工作報告昨天下午四時三十分，假縣府第一會議室舉行，由李縣長主持，縣府社會局、民政局、教育局、文化局、研考室、金酒公司等相關單位人員出席與會，並聽取規劃單位對世金日設計案、整體佈置規劃，以及各項活動的策劃與構想說明，以及提出看法和建議。
　  世界金門日將於十月十五日至十七日舉辦，將邀請海外僑社和社團廿一個、大陸金胞聯八個單位、旅台金門同鄉會十八個單位，總共四十七個單位一千餘人返鄉參與這場百年的盛會。另外，世金日也將邀請中央和地方有十個單位近四百人，共襄盛舉。

   金門農工資訊科許維誠在「第七屆人工智慧單晶電腦鼠暨機器人國內及國際邀請賽」中獲得了「人工智慧競速自走車高中職組」比賽的全國第一名，許皓獲得了全國第二名。

　  金門農工校長陳水芳表示，金門農工已在教育部的支持下開辦「機器人教學中心」，並成為學校積極發展的教學領域；去年，農工學生就曾初試啼聲，在全國機器人大賽中拿下全國第二名；今年則是更上層樓。他表示，只要適當的激勵，讓師生肯用心投入，金門農工的學生，就會有實力強過臺灣最好的學生。他表示，這次能得到這麼好的成績，是因為老師和學生用了整個暑假在進行練習。

　  據資訊科指導教師蔡紹文、鄭清堅及金門農工實習輔導處主任劉國棋的說明，在第七屆人工智慧單晶電腦鼠暨機器人國內及國際邀請賽（教育部技專校院國際科技藝能大賽）中，金門農工原本包辦了「人工智慧競速自走車高中職組」的第一名、第二名、第三名、第五名、第六名，但比賽的規定是前三名只能有兩人是同校；前六名是只能有三人是同校；因此應該得第三名的許?陽退居為第四名，原本應該得第五名的吳崇宇以及原本應該得第六名的吳逸文則得不到獎勵。

　  進入決賽之後，金門農工的學生在六強中包辦了五強，卻同樣因為「規則」，被犧牲了第三名、第五名、第六名。不過，同一校在六強中只能佔三強的規定，並沒有明文寫在大賽的手冊中。

　  對於這次的比賽，許維誠的感想是：獲得了無比的成就感！許皓的感想是：很辛苦，很值得！許彣陽的感想是：有努力才有成功！

　  吳宗宇明明有第五名的實力卻沒有得到第五名的獎勵，他覺得很無奈，只好期待明年繼續努力。吳逸文明明有第六名的能量，卻沒有得名的獎狀，他也覺得很無奈，他認為比賽應該按實際的表現給獎而不是訂定這種規則。

　  根據金門農工的說明，今年參賽的學生之所以採取一人一隊，是一種策略運用，目的是希望未來在升學時，可以拿到更多積分（例如繁星計畫）。

　  指導教師蔡紹文及實習輔導處主任劉國棋表示，資訊科近年已經躍居金門農工最熱門的科別之一，歡迎未來的國中畢業生加入。

　  金門農工資訊科每年畢業的學生，有六成擁有二、三張證照；去年的畢業生更高達八成。

獅山砲陣地金大正妹砲操演出超吸睛

   獅山砲陣地九月一日起正式啟用，在金防部協助下，金門大學十五名學生賣力詮釋砲操。其中，女大生陳郁楓、黃鈺庭演出有模有樣博得滿堂彩。兩人先後表示，因參與砲操演出而首次到訪獅山砲陣地，除可藉以認識歷史，也感受威震東方之震撼。
   位於金門東北角的獅山砲陣地營區，是全國唯一坑道式砲陣地，因為其守禦位置以及民國四十七年是「八二三砲戰」後，運抵金門的美造八吋榴砲而聞名。金門縣政府自接管後進行整理，今年春節部份開放給返鄉民眾參觀，並培訓一批學生表演砲操，成為過年闔家出遊必要景點之一。
   今年八月一日起對外試辦營運，為期一個月吸引兩岸三地七千六百四十人次到訪，深獲好評；九月一日正式啟用對外開放，金門縣交通旅遊局也委託金門大學學生，進行八吋榴砲砲操演出，陸陸續續共計有十五位金門大學學生，在金防部協助下，經過集訓投入砲操演出，也增加軍事景點的可看性，更讓獅山砲陣地成為島東觀光新賣點。
   金門大學參與獅山砲陣地砲操演出的學生有，陳郁楓、葉家慶、龍保全、鄭帆成、柯博仁、王銘榆、王銘璟、張書鳴、陳俊安、陳泓樾、林建均、黃鈺庭、楊叔倫、高健程等。其中，兩位女生陳郁楓、黃鈺庭演出不輸男生，令人眼睛為之一亮。
   砲長陳郁楓說，雖然是金門人，自己因為報名參加砲操表演而首次踏入獅山砲陣地，第一印象是非常神聖、特別，有一股無法言喻的敬仰與內心感受的震撼。
   黃鈺庭也說，兩人同班所以結伴參加，第一次到獅山砲陣地感覺很神聖威猛，也藉此認識關於獅山砲陣地和內部軍事設備的歷史，一開始比較辛苦，要記口訣和位置，慢慢就上手，感謝金防部的專業指導，上了寶貴一課。
   新加入的龍保全，目前是大三學生，他認為獅山砲陣地給人的印象很神聖，對從高雄到金門求學的他而言是非常難得且珍貴的體驗，能親自感受當年前線的軍事震撼。

愛在故鄉新加坡船王張允中捐金大一仟萬

   國立金門大學又接獲新加坡船王張允中主席所捐贈該校新台幣一仟萬元，挹注金門大學校務發展。校長李金振很感謝海外僑領和鄉僑關注金門家鄉的大學教育，也強調，金大會更加力爭上游，積極爭取一流教師來校任教、吸引優秀學生來金就讀，讓金大成為頂尖學府。

   金大指出，著名僑領新加坡船王張允中先生昨（21日）來函表示，為使金大成為一流學府好的辦學績效，個人捐出一仟萬新台幣，分5年每年200萬元挹注金門大學校務發展。

   金大校長李金振喜獲僑領捐款的喜訊，他代表全體金大師生感謝張主席熱愛鄉里、捐資興學的義舉。

   金大表示，船王張允中現年九十高齡，出生於金沙鎮沙美，自沙美小學畢業後往縣城后浦就讀縣立師範學院一年後學校關閉，渡海廈門念大同中學，畢業後返鄉任教小學一年。1937年中日戰爭爆發，金廈兩地被日軍佔領，全家大小遷居前往新加坡，二年後往馬六甲與其舅父黃耀培創立陪元公司，允崇、允伏亦在公司協助，生意順利發展。1943年在馬六甲因抗日被捕入獄，1944年太平洋戰爭結束後獲釋，為求發展舉家遷居新加坡，擔任祺福船務公司總經理長達十八年，後來一手創立的太平船務是新加坡最大的船務公司，擁有近百艘貨櫃船隊，在星、港航運界贏得「船王」的美譽。張允中曾擔任金門會館董事、張氏總會名譽董事和多間社團名譽主席，是傑出成功的僑領。
