鞠躬盡瘁新聞界精英倪國炎走了

「中央社」駐金門記者倪國炎昨天下午因為心肌梗塞，永遠地離開了新聞界。他為金門寫過新聞，也為金門寫過歷史。
倪國炎記者在病發之前，曾接到採訪通知，原本要趕赴新聞採訪現場，但還沒來得及動身，就猝然「鞠躬盡瘁」。
當時，倪國炎原本在金沙鎮與醫師友人聚會，病發後，經過醫師急救、消防人員電擊，送醫後仍告不治。
倪國炎是民國四十九年出生，畢業於中國文化大學史學系，史學研究所肄業；民國七十七年開始擔任中央社記者一直到民國一百年。
中央社是「國家通訊社」的簡稱，是一個公共媒體，透過倪國炎的報導，金門的消息可以由中央社發佈，出現在全國及國際各媒體。
在金門新聞界，倪國炎被稱為「倪哥」、「倪大哥」或「倪特派」。在同業眼中，他是個極認真的記者，往往認真到幾乎沒有「大年初一」，沒有「週休二日」。
今年（民國一百年），倪國炎曾以「金門直航探親活動結束兩岸親屬料羅港傷別離」獲得海峽交流基金會慶祝成立二十週年所舉辦的「海基雙十、兩岸雙贏」攝影比賽銀牌。
民國九十八年，在台北市新聞記者公會辦理的「九十八年度社會光明面新聞報導獎」活動中，倪國炎曾以「今天的台灣英雄」系列報導獲獎。
民國九十五年，倪國炎曾以「金門雷傷」入圍第三十屆金鼎獎雜誌類個人獎中的最佳專題報導獎。
此外，倪國炎曾於民國九十八年當選國立金門高中第四屆傑出校友；他還曾在民國九十六年續修的「金門縣志」中擔任編修。
