金門農工學生蕭淑如、翁振文、楊馥瑜在「美和盃第五屆全國高中職口布摺疊達人藝術創意造型大賽」中得到「創意」項目的第一名；主題是「十全十美‧精彩一百」。他們的指導教師是陳冠伶。

「美和盃」是由美和科技大學餐旅管理系主辦。活動主旨是為了提升餐飲服務從業人員的口布摺疊技能，為發展餐旅事業培育專業服務人才。今年的競賽日期是十二月十二日（星期一）；競賽地點就在美和科技大學。

陳冠伶表示，參賽前，蕭淑如、翁振文、楊馥瑜花了一個多月的時間做準備，並由去年在第四屆比賽得過第二名的蕭淑如帶領翁振文、楊馥瑜兩個學弟妹構思及練習，希望做到經驗傳承；他們就像生命共同體一樣；他們的表現，無可挑剔。　  今年美和盃口布摺疊大賽的主題是「十全十美‧精彩一百」；蕭淑如、翁振文、楊馥瑜用「花」的意象來表現這個主題。　  比賽的上限是四十五分鐘，他們分工互助，合作無間，只用了三十二分鐘，獲得加分。

比賽時，蕭淑如負責「三面圍鋪」工作檯的整備，並用口布摺疊出「空谷幽蘭」、「鳳凰」、「百花綻放」等造型；翁振文負責摺疊「落葉歸根」、「金碧輝煌」、「天生麗質」、「日日春」；楊馥瑜負責「花開富貴」、「一串紅」以及指定口布中的「主教帽」（濟公帽）、「頭盔」、「西裝」。

其中，「百花綻放」是用紫、桃、白、金、銀等不同顏色的口布組成花束，成了「十全十美‧精彩一百」中的視覺中心點；「落葉歸根」是把亮金的口布插成金葉，插在高腳盃上，形成錦屏。

蕭淑如表示，口布摺疊的基本技法是「摺、捲、翻、壓」；對基本技法的掌握，決定了作品能否成功。她認為這次能夠得到創意項目的第一名，主要是他們確實努力過，也下了功夫。她很感謝老師的指導。已經高三的她，希望能在全國技藝競賽得名，進入理想的大學，未來成為一個「空姐」。

翁振文表示，「日日春」的造型是在一種「無厘頭」的狀況下所得出的靈感。練習過程中，他們有時會做出一些「白癡」的舉止；有一次，他沒有目的性地把口布放到垃圾桶上－是乾淨的垃圾桶；結果讓他想出「日日春」的摺法。他把這次能拿到創意第一名，歸因於想要得名的企圖心。下一步，他希望在全國技藝競賽得名。

楊馥瑜表示，在漫長的準備過程中，他們會把蕭淑如的「幸運小豬」和翁振文的「法螺朋友」（模仿卡通「海綿寶寶」）當成禱告的對象，雖然有點搞笑，但卻是一種精神的凝聚。她覺得他們能拿到創意第一，最重要的是靠默契。楊馥瑜希望將來能進入屏東科技大學。

餐管科主任張皆欣表示，學校非常鼓勵學生藉由比賽精進技藝；學生們能在創意項中拿到第一名，是難能可貴的成就。

美和盃口布摺疊達人藝術創意造型大賽的獎項包括：總冠軍（獎金新台幣一萬元整）、亞軍（獎金陸仟元）、季軍（獎金伍仟元整）、最佳潛力獎（獎金參仟元）、佳作獎兩名（獎金壹仟元）、創造性（創意項）第一至第三名（第一名獎金貳仟元）、專業性第一至第三名、技術性第一至第三名。以上各種獎項，都有獎牌、獎狀；指導老師也有獎狀。
