2012迎城隍浯島宗教觀光季拉開序幕

  每到農曆四月十二日，城隍爺出巡，三百三十二年來，每到這天，金門人總會放下手邊工作，旅外遊子紛紛趕回家鄉，參與熱鬧慶典。許多金門後浦長大的孩子，總經歷過打鑼鼓、扛旗抬轎等儀式，這天對金門人有特殊意義，也成為在地獨特的文化，是金門地區最大型廟會活動。
  為傳承這三百三十二年的歷史│農曆四月十二迎城隍活動，金門縣政府與浯島城隍管理委員會、金城鎮公所、北鎮廟共同主辦，今年活動名稱為「2012金門迎城隍│浯島宗教文化觀光季」，於國曆四月九日至五月六日陸續辦理系列活動。
  「2012金門迎城隍-浯島宗教文化觀光季」活動，以「兩岸三地、閩南文化、宗教、復古、陣頭」為基底，讓參與的民眾可以充份地體驗閩南民俗戲曲、劇藝、陣頭（藝閤、老揹少、十二婆姐、打花草、蜈蚣座…）等。

  今年迎城隍的繞境活動相當特別，縣府交通旅遊局說明如下：
  一、兩岸三地城隍大會師在金門：國曆五月二日（農曆四月十一），上午九時至下午四時，主辦單位：浯島城隍管理委員會、金門縣政府。今年特別爭取到「全國城隍大會師」移師到金門舉辦，預計有台灣宮廟八百五十六人次、二十七家宮廟來金。此二十七家城隍宮廟，會將陣頭及輦都帶來金門，陣容是歷年來最龐大的一次，因此台灣宮廟還特別包了一條船運送這些相關的陣頭、輦及相關文物來金，參與此次的盛會。
  另外，也邀請到大陸有四百人次、十五家宮廟，將大陸的陣頭及輦帶來金門。如此的兩岸三地城隍大會師之陣容龐大前所未見，因此，今年特別安排在農曆四月十一日先至金湖地區繞境，共同祈福。
   二、農曆四月十二日傳統迎城隍繞境│兩岸三地宮廟陣頭大會師在金門：國曆五月二日（農曆四月十二日），下午一時三十分至六時三十分舉辦，主辦單位：浯島城隍管理委員會、金門縣政府。
   另外，金門縣政府特別為豐富整個活動內涵，還規劃武當武術交流、民俗技藝暨藝陣體驗博覽會、閩南民俗藝陣大匯演、兩岸三地尬輦大會師等較特殊性的活動，介紹如下：
   國曆四月十四日至十五日，武當武術交流；武當山真武廟（玄天上帝祖廟）金身來金：國曆四月十一日，主辦單位：金門縣政府、北鎮廟。在台灣、大陸很多宮廟去邀請武當山真武廟（玄天上帝祖廟）金身下山，但武當山真武廟金身是首次下山，出遊金門。而來金期間的活動：「武當山分鎮」揭牌（國曆四月十一日上午十時至十一時，在北鎮廟）；祈福法會：由武當山真武大帝蒞金祈福法會│武當山紫霄宮道長主持（國曆四月十一日至十三日，在北鎮廟舉行，時間上午八時至晚間十時）。兩岸三地聯誼宮廟祭典（國曆四月十二日上午十時至十二時，在北鎮廟舉行）。真武大帝巡安祈福：至金門各鄉鎮巡安祈福（國曆四月十三日至十五日）；武當武術表演與陣頭交流：至金門各鄉鎮巡安祈福表演（國曆四月十二至十四日）；戲曲表演：北鎮廟前（國曆四月十一日至十五日）。


   國曆四月二十一日至二十二日，民俗技藝暨藝陣體驗博覽會，主辦單位：金門縣政府、金城鎮公所。民俗技藝歡樂吧：特別邀請台灣的民俗技藝老師，來教導民眾傳統的民俗、童玩，如捏麵人、畫糖人、中國結、紙雕、童玩、花布、畫扇、龍鬚糖、摺紙及糖葫蘆等。藝陣體驗：結合地方的陣頭而舉辦的藝陣體驗博覽會，民眾可來體驗傳統的陣頭，瞭解陣頭文化。體驗陣頭、集戳章，兌換民俗技藝品。
   國曆四月二十八日至二十九日，閩南民俗藝陣大匯演，主辦單位：金門縣政府。四月二十八日、二十九日下午三時至五時：閩南民俗藝陣踩街、遊行：邀請大陸的閩南民俗表演團體來金，陣頭踩街，如拍胸舞、戲醜彩婆、大鼓涼傘。閩南民俗體驗：有閩南木偶、漳浦剪紙、惠安影雕等閩南文化技術現場教學。體驗陣頭、集戳章，兌換民俗技藝品。
  國曆四月二十八日晚上七時三十分至九時：閩南民俗藝陣大匯演：以閩南民俗及藝陣為內涵，特別精心編演符合金門風情的大型表演秀，演出的曲目有喜迎城隍、樂土春天、浯江風情、大海精神、金廈同歡、互動歌舞《高山青》。四月二十九日晚上七時三十分至九時，木偶大匯演：以軟體木偶、螢光皮影、提線木偶大型、軟體鐵枝木偶等傳統的木偶，做一系列的表演，這是金門地區第一次有此類型的表演，十分難得。
   兩岸三地尬輦大會師：國曆四月三十日晚上七時三十分舉行，主辦單位：金門縣政府、北鎮廟。金門地區尬輦比賽：金門「人力迎輦」，肩搖神轎輦，能夠消災祈福，扛輦者同步使勁左右搖晃，表達對神明的尊崇，及祈求護佑平安。這與台灣神輦的上下振動不同，這是迎神賽會中，力與美的結合。台灣地區及大陸地區則以表演方式。民眾可以一次觀賞到兩岸三地各式各樣的扛輦形式，十分難得。
   此外，今年縣政府也特別配合活動來共同行銷金門特產，規劃網路團購周，說明如下：網路團購│金門地方特產週：國曆四月二十八日至五月四日，主辦單位：建設局。金門的特產聞名全省，今年特別結合網路，讓民眾買金門特產不用來金門，又可享好康優惠。每日一特產：貢糖、一條根、鋼刀、麵線…等，金門地區共有十八家特產店配合。團購處：17P好康（PAYEASY團購網）。上網查詢「17P」。
   其他系列活動，說明如下：國曆四月九日至五月六日，免費導覽後浦小鎮：晚間七時三十分至九時三十分，集合地點：總兵署，導覽時間約二小時（主辦單位：縣府交旅局）。國曆四月十四日至二十七日：傳統藝陣體驗：提供旅客蜈蚣座、神輦等教學及體驗，現場有專業技師協助指導，體驗經技師評定合格者，發給體驗證書，地點：金城四境宮廟（主辦單位：金城鎮公所）。國曆四月十四日至十五日及四月二十一日至二十二日（晚間七時至九時），踩街嘉年華：由金城四境陣頭、蜈蚣座、獅隊、鼓樂隊、地區學校表演團體及個人妝人隊伍組成，由城隍廟出發，經外武廟、民權路、莒光路、中興街、民生路、模範街、莒光路至總兵署（主辦單位：金城鎮公所）。
  國曆四月二十一、二十二日及四月二十八、二十九日及五月二日：民俗技藝歡樂吧，地點總兵署旁，五月二日在縣政府前（主辦單位：縣府交旅局）。國曆四月二十日：扛輦轉大人│迎輦成年禮扛輦學腳步，迓輦轉大人地點：北鎮廟（主辦單位：金城鎮公所）。國曆四月二十一日、二十二日：民俗技藝暨藝陣體驗博覽會，地點：總兵署旁（主辦單位：金城鎮公所）。國曆四月二十五、二十六日，廈門金蓮陞戲劇團演出，地點：社福館、文化局，晚間七時三十分起（主辦單位：文化局）。
  國曆四月二十六日至二十九日：講古說書活動│城隍系列，地點：朱子祠（主辦單位：縣文化局）。國曆五月五日至六日：廈門歌仔戲劇團演出，地點：社福館、文化局，晚間七時三十分起（主辦單位：文化局）。迎城隍寫生比賽：收件日期四月九日至六月九日，總獎金十二萬六千元（主辦單位：金城鎮公所）。迎城隍攝影比賽：收件日期五月二日至八日（主辦單位：文化局）。
