配合今年度「石蚵小麥文化季」，金門縣水產試驗所舉辦「優良石蚵美食店家評選」活動，並蒐集各知名海蚵料理店家與菜色等資料作彙整，提供民眾投票時遴選參考：
一、金城鎮：
（1）、老六小館：店址設於民權路上，老六小館的經典菜色為「海蚵燴麵線」。
（2）、98快炒：位於西門里辦公處旁，除有海蚵煎、海蚵酥外，還有蒜泥海蚵、豆豉海蚵、鐵板海蚵、
菜脯蚵等料理。
（3）、珍香小吃：蚵料理有蚵仔麵線，位於菜市場內。
（4）、阿忠傳統小吃：位於光前路一條小巷內，菜色有蚵仔麵線、海蚵羹湯，還有海蚵炸。
（5）、旺旺蚵仔麵線：位於總兵署前的莒光路上，備有蚵仔麵線料理。
（6）、泉三肉粽大王：於城隍廟旁，推薦料理有蚵仔麵、蚵仔湯，有特別的海蚵炒蛋。
（7）、小苺小吃：在中興路上，有蚵仔麵線跟蚵仔湯等料理。
（8）、大腸蚵仔麵線：在中興路與浯江街的叉路口，料理有蚵仔麵線。
（9）、榕軒餐飲：位於中興路北鎮廟附近，經典菜色有蚵仔麵線、蚵仔湯、蚵仔煎。
（10）、科記廣東粥：賣有蚵仔麵線，店家開於貞節牌坊前。
（11）、樂華小吃：位於中興路北鎮廟附近，蚵料理有蚵仔煎。
（12）、標記小食店：店家位於菜市場旁的小巷內，販賣蚵仔麵線、蚵仔湯等料理。
（13）、金道地：於水頭附近，推薦蚵料理有蚵仔麵線、蚵仔湯、蚵仔煎等。
（14）、蚵嗲之家：於菜市場貞節牌坊旁，經典蚵料理為炸蚵嗲。
（15）、巧味香：於金城菜市場內，菜色有蚵仔麵線。
（16）、金大美食館：位於金門高中籃球場的對面，提供蚵仔麵線等料理。
（17）、記德海鮮：於縣立體育館對面，有石蚵拌麵、石蚵酥、鐵板石蚵、生蚵等蚵仔料理菜色。
二、金湖鎮：
（1）、阿美商行：位於新市里中正路上，專賣炸蚵嗲。
（2）、阿娥蚵嗲：與阿美商行同樣位於新市里中正路上，美味蚵料理為炸蚵嗲。
（3）、阿芬海產店：店址設於復國墩，推薦料理有海蚵炒麵、紫菜海蚵湯、鐵板海蚵、酥炸海蚵。
（4）、佑昇：位於成功村，蚵料理有蚵仔麵線、蚵仔煎、蚵仔酥。
（5）、成功鍋貼：位於成功村，蚵料理為海蚵炒蛋。
（6）、好口味海鮮館：位於山外市港路上，有海蚵煎、海蚵酥等美味蚵料理。
（7）、新天地海鮮餐廳：料理備有海蚵酥，店址位於復國墩。
三、金沙鎮：
（1）、憶兒時：為沙美市區唯一炸蚵嗲的店家。
（2）、王阿婆：於民俗文化村內，經典蚵料理有蚵仔麵線、蚵仔煎、海蚵紫菜湯。
四、金寧鄉：
（1）、三嬸婆：位於南山村內，專賣炸蚵嗲。
（2）、信源海產：店址設於湖下村，於文化局對面，備有蚵仔煎、蚵仔酥、海蚵紫菜湯等料理。
（3）、海魚魚魚城餐廳：位於昔果山，著名海蚵料理為鐵板石蚵。
五、烈嶼鄉：佳興小吃：位於上林村，有蚵仔麵線、蚵仔煎等蚵料理。
金門水試所表示，以上名單按調查順序排列，惟店家數量繁多且遍佈金門全島，不免有所疏漏，石蚵美食之業者或民眾欲推薦的店家未於上述名單內者，亦可自行投票支持或電洽該所告知，於水試所網站店家資料將會隨時更新。
水試所提醒，「優良石蚵美食店家評選」民眾初選的第一次摸彩活動，即將於四月七日石蚵小麥文化季公開抽出幸運兒，獎品內容豐富包含平板電腦、洗衣機、腳踏車等好禮，請民眾趕緊寫下最喜愛的石蚵店家資料，包含店家店名、菜色、店家（約略）地點，並將明信片寄至893金門縣金城鎮西海路二號
