紙紮神靈化六宿金門宗祠奠安喜事連連

金門各宗祠的慶成奠安活動中，有請「六宿」的儀式；六宿分別是青龍、白虎、朱雀、玄武、螣蛇、勾陳。
「六宿」是竹紮紙糊的星宿之神，在金門又稱為「六秀」或「六獸神」；在金門，六宿是分開獨立，腳下各踏一獸，在大陸閩南地區則是以「六獸山」的形式出現－方形底座上有山形並嵌上六獸的形象。
最近是金門各宗祠奠安的旺季，金沙鎮營山陳氏家廟正在舉辦家廟慶成活動，奠安儀式中，可以看到「六宿」；不久之前，在陳坑陳氏宗祠的奠安活動中，也有化六宿的儀式。
根據華人民間傳說及相關報導，就喜事而言，青龍象徵興旺，白虎象徵致富，朱雀象徵美德，玄武象徵長壽，勾陳象徵收成，螣蛇象徵生育；不過，各家說法不一；甚至在不同的地方，青龍和勾陳的造型有混淆的情形。
青龍獸神和勾陳獸神腳下踏的都是「龍」族；不過，昨天出現在營山陳氏家廟的青龍是藍色的，勾陳則是綠色的；過去，沙美張氏宗祠奠安時，青龍是綠色的，勾陳則是藍色的。
玄武獸神腳下所踏的是龜；白虎、朱雀、螣蛇等獸神腳下所踏的分別是虎、雀、蛇。
根據中國大陸相關文獻的記載，「六獸山」是閩南人慶醮中的紙紮神器，包括青龍、白虎、朱雀、玄武、螣蛇、勾陳。其中，青龍屬木，主財祿喜；白虎屬金人們期望借助六獸的力量護衛新建成的祠廟。
